I have been driving from Spring to Bellaire in order to go to Dr. Loftus. You never have more than a 5-minute wait and he actually takes the time to listen to what you have to say. I feel he attempts to continually look for ways to improve my health issues. I have gone to many, many neurologists in the Houston area over a period of 30 yrs and no one has come close to Dr. Loftus. Also, his staff is fabulous. They are always pleasant and happy to help in any way.

Dr. Loftus is very proactive. He has been treating my migraines for a long time. He always has a new plan and my very favorite is you receive complete and very clear instructions upon checkout. You have in writing medication that you’ve been on and medication that he plans in the future. Then he describes exactly how to take everything and summarizes your visit. You do not have to try and remember what was discussed or the plan forward.

Tries many different things to get results. I appreciate this physician’s willingness to try different approaches to try to beat my headaches into submission. His office visits can be virtual, which is very convenient, and the use of a communication portal to ask a question or review your prescriptions is also very helpful and transparent for the patient.
