Dr Loftus does more than practice medicine. He heals and cares for his patients, and makes sure that they are ok. He is a remarkable medical doctor, with the courage to explain his medicine to his patients , and his staff are very kind. They have always responded and helped me. I just wish dr Loftus had been my neurologist many years ago- but so glad he is my doctor now.

The service and treatment here in your office is great! They really care about the patients. They greet you right away with a friendly smile and welcome. Then whisk you back to a room for the doctor. Treatments are right after the doctor consult. Your check out is efficient Julie is very helpful with scheduling.

Dr. Loftus actually arrived in the room to see me within 4 minutes of my actual appointment time. I would consider a doctor that arrives within 30 minutes of scheduled appointment to be on time – so within 5 minutes is phenomenal. I have always been able to count on Dr. Loftus to be on schedule.

His office visits can be virtual, which is very convenient, and the use of a communication portal to ask a question or review your prescriptions is also very helpful and transparent for the patient.
