Dr. Loftus is the first physician that did a thorough exam (I can say that, I’ve been an RN, BSN for 17 years) and the first to explore meticulously all treatment options. I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Loftus, and I was very impressed and pleased with Dr. Loftus and his staff. The staff makes sure you have all the paperwork sent to you before your appointment and the app, so the Doctor will have all available information. Dr. Loftus was very knowledgeable concerning headaches, and spent over an hour with me in my first appointment. He set up a process for me that day including all medications using GoodRX to find the best price. He took his time to explain to me in detail concerning my issues, and how he intending to help me. Every time my mom had a headache when I was growing up she blamed it on her sinuses. When I grew up to have the same headaches my mom had, I wondered if sinus disease was hereditary. I stumbled upon Dr. Loftus and I am so glad! He said they were migraines. My mom and I thought a migraine meant you were in bed, in the dark and vomiting. My mom passed away in 2004, way too young, but if she were alive she would be seeing Dr. Loftus for her migraines just like me!

For 20+ years I have been told I have Migraines, which was amended to chronic cluster headaches. I have taken numerous medications, given myself shots, applied diets free of caffeine and chocolate, had sinus and neck surgeries, acupuncture, cortisone shots in my head, MRI’s, CAT scans, not to mention all countless visits to the ER, all to no avail. Within 10 minutes speaking with Dr Loftus, he informed me that I had been misdiagnosed all these years, he knew what was wrong, and he has a game plan to help me. I feel extremely confident in his diagnosis and believe I may actually be going in the right direction for once! Thank you so very much Doc, you ROCK! Dr. Loftus is very proactive. He has been treating my migraines for a long time. He always has a new plan and my very favorite is you receive complete and very clear instructions upon checkout. You have in writing medication that you’ve been on and medication that he plans in the future. Then he describes exactly how to take everything and summarizes your visit. You do not have to try and remember what was discussed or the plan forward.
