I have been suffering from migraines and horrible neck pain and was recommended Dr Loftus by a friend. I was able to get an appointment the following day. Dr Loftus spent a lot of time with me discussing my symptoms and treatment options. I opted for the nerve block, which was life changing! I highly recommend Dr Loftus. Not only is he fantastic but his staff is also wonderful. And I love how he keeps the office and waiting room dimly lit. I am so happy and relieved to know I have a doctor who is able to help me!

Every time my mom had a headache when I was growing up she blamed it on her sinuses. When I grew up to have the same headaches my mom had, I wondered if sinus disease was hereditary. I stumbled upon Dr. Loftus and I am so glad! He said they were migraines. My mom and I thought a migraine meant you were in bed, in the dark and vomiting. My mom passed away in 2004, way too young, but if she were alive she would be seeing Dr. Loftus for her migraines just like me!

This was my first visit with Dr. Loftus. I chose him based on Yelp and Vital.com website reviews. His wait time was 10-15 minutes while I completed a few questions regarding the reason for my visit. I truly appreciated the his thorough examination and explanation. The staff was great as well. The next door pharmacy was able to fill my prescriptions quickly despite being a new patient. I haven’t logged into the patient portal but am looking forward to using it in the near future.

Communications is very good. A new Doctor is always a bit of a challenge for me. Dr. Loftus and his staff made me feel quite comfortable. The single issue of concern is insurance coverage.
