After seeing another neurologist once, I choose to seek out another for a second opinion. Thank goodness I stumbled across his website. OI booked an appointment for 2 weeks out (first available), but asked to be put on a waiting list and was seen much much sooner. He is very polite, down to business and reasonable to be seen without insurance. I do find using the online patient portal to contact the office/doctor with questions that are not an emergency extremely helpful and access to my chart incase needed by another physician is excellent.

Dr. Loftus and his team have literally changed my way of life. I was suffering from debilitating migraines and often ended up in the emergency room to obtain pain relief when medications were not working. I have been under the care of a neurologist since I was 5 years old for migraines. I have been on virtually every medication and prophylactic available to migraine sufferers. Until I came to Dr. Loftus I had was not able to get any doctors treat my TN let alone get me out of pain. I am so impressed that the doctor is always looking for better ways to help me and have me try new meds. Other doctors will give you something and then leave you alone and when the meds do not work they are confused. I only found help from Dr. Lofus.

Dr. Loftus has extensive knowledge in his area and he is extremely vested in his patients well being. He takes time to understand the patient’s heath history to this date and he communicates through his portal amazingly often (mainly) with new patients still with acute pain, which is pretty uncommon (at least I haven’t experienced with any other type of doctors). This demonstrates how truly vested he is in his patients well being and how down to earth he is, despite being an expert in his area. His office and staff and great. They have the ability to perform onsite treatments if needed, which is a huge relief. I highly recommend Dr. Loftus and appreciate his true help!
