Dr. Loftus is an exceptional neurologist! He listened very closely to my medical history and the symptoms I was experiencing with my headaches, and explained all my treatment options thoroughly. Experiencing a horrible migraine can not only be painful, but debilitating as well. My last visit, this was the case. Dr. Loftus and his staff got me in to the “rescue room” right away. I have never had a neurologist listen to me and be willing to help me the way Dr. Lof us is. This has been a 30 year struggle for me and I have never left an appointment with so much gratitude and hope. All of the staff have been amazing and compassionate. I only wish the iheadache app was available for androids. I have been assured it is coming soon.

After seeing another neurologist once, I choose to seek out another for a second opinion. Thank goodness I stumbled across his website. OI booked an appointment for 2 weeks out (first available), but asked to be put on a waiting list and was seen much much sooner. He is very polite, down to business and reasonable to be seen without insurance. I do find using the online patient portal to contact the office/doctor with questions that are not an emergency extremely helpful and access to my chart incase needed by another physician is excellent.

I can not say enough good things about Dr Loftus and his staff. They genuinely care about their patients and go out of their way to make sure you are seen and get the medical care you need. He has a headache app which has been beneficial for me to track migraine triggers and for us to find appropriate treatment. Dr Loftus has an email system where you can email him directly regarding questions, problems or concerns and he will respond in a timely manner. That is very rare in the medical field these days. I highly recommend this physician for your neurology needs!
