I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, however…the new receptionist is outstanding and very thorough at her job, as well as smiling and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable and welcome. And it is always nice to see Patty. She is a stabilizing, reassuring force. And Dr. Loftus always puts me at ease.
