I have never had a doctor that goes so out of his way to ensure that I understand my care and follows up with me afterwards to make sure that I am doing better. Dr. Loftus and his staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and respond to needs and concerns either via phone or by the ever so convenient portal.
