Dr. Loftus’ office staff was perhaps the most attentive and friendly office staff I have ever encountered, from the initial appointment phone calls to checking out after my office visit. Dr. Loftus was wonderful and very helpful. I enjoyed his sense of humor and bedside manner. My experience will certainly make flying into Houston from Midland every few months much more bearable!
